Our client, one of the world's leading specialty biopharmaceutical companies is searching for their Marketing Director, who will work closely with the Global Marketing Directors to successfully execute global marketing messages and programs for all products.The main responsibilities include:- To develop and execute marketing strategies and tactics and annual marketing plans- Commercially support the local market in attainment of regional commercial scorecard targets- To be an integral part of the Regional Commercial Management team- To develop and execute key tactics/programs that support the regional marketing plans. Monitor and adapt plans to meet the needs of the regional businesses- Execute regional brand tactics in the areas of promotional campaigns and materialThe desired candidate must posses a BA or BS degree (MBA preferred), at least 7 years of relevant brand sales and/or marketing experience with a minimum 3 of pharmaceutical product management experience (experience with biologics is preferable), product launch experienceAs the position will require travel, the candidate must be willing to spend 20-30% of work time on business travel.
